Coricraft Sell Bogus Furniture

I bought a bed at Coricraft Bloemfontein in March, I was told it will take 4-6 weeks for the bed to be delivered. After 6 weeks I called them to find out the delivery date and they told me that they ran out of material to make the bed and they have put me on a waiting list. They should have called me and let me know before I had to call them but they did not. They promised me that in 2 weeks from that day I will have my bed. 3 weeks later after no communication from them, I went to the store to find out what is going on and I was told that they only just received the material now and will start working on my bed, mind you this is now double the timeframe I was initially given. I asked for my money back and they said they will take 10% of what I paid if I cancel. So I gave them more time to manufacture and deliver it. They once again promised me in 2 weeks time. after a month from that day I again went to the shop to enquire and I was told that they no longer make that material, I must pick a different material or sign a refund form. I opted to take a refund. I was told it will take 14 working days, I waited and waited till I decided to call them after 21 working days and they told me they made a mistake with my account, they must start the whole refund process from scratch. Every time I find out things only when I call or go to the store, they never call to let me know of hiccups in their processes. I want my money back Coricraft, it has been a full 5 months since I bought this bed and I still do not have the bed or my money back. I am so disappointed. I wonder if I will ever get my money back from this money hungry, dream selling, bogus store.
