Coricraft - Scotchguarding does not work and they don't take responsibility
I purchased a couch and paid for the scotch guarding. the very 1st small, what seemed to be an insignificant, liquid spill left a stain. Corricraft informed me it was my problem and I would have to have it professionally cleaned. No offer to get it cleaned and scotch guarded, no offer to refund the scotchgarding. They wanted photos and videos which I supp**** but the result was the same. Never again will I buy anything for this company. Couch cost almost R50,000. They wanted me to spill water on the couch to see if it left more of a stain which it did but that did not change the outcome.

Our Coriguard is an invisible protective coating that gives you that extra minute to dab up a liquid spill. If the liquid is not mopped up immediately, it will penetrate the fabric but not necessarily set in. We watched the video you sent us and could clearly see that the Coriguard was working effectively, with the liquid beading on top of the fabric of your couch. Our PE manager, Daniel, has been out to clean the spots and will reapply another layer of Coriguard for you when you are available for us to do so. We would also recommend that you purchase one of our spot cleaners so that you can clean up a spill in future. We hope with the above achieved you’ll be able to enjoy your Coricraft couch in comfort.
