Coricraft Rosebank NO REFUND

Waiting for my refund from the 16th of March till this day. I was told to wait 7days for the money to reflect to my account, thereafter I went to the shop they told me to go and inquire with my bank . Called the branch and they said they will investigate with their finance department. But there is no update about the refund.
