Coricraft RCS - ********* or failure to deliver? Shocking Service.

I am so frustrated with Coricraft RCS. I called them in January to ask for a settlement amount on my account and asked them to debit order my bank account and close my Coricraft account, which they did. Then, the failed to close the account which resulted in fees, which I must now pay. I asked them to please debit my bank account with an amount of 184.00 and they said they would but the have not. This is the second month they have still not debited my bank account and closed my Coricraft account. I have reference numbers, but these people fail to close my account and debit my account and continue to send me notices that I owe them money. Coricraft/RCS, please get your stuff together. This is shocking service and I am now on a mission to close all my RCS accounts and never use them or Coricraft again. What a shocker. It seems as though they keep your account open so as to elicit more fees from one. This is ********* guys.
