Coricraft poor service and product

Purchased a rug some months ago, pile is disappearing fast especially after vacuuming, pieces of pile found around the house after sticking to shoes. This rug won't last long. Discussed with manager at store, sent e mail with pics, promised to get back to us but nothing on my follow up e mails. Very poor back up, product and service.
