Coricraft - Poor Service

<p>We went in to apply to buy a couch on Saturday 16 July at 9am. We completed the application and was told that the process takes 4-5 days, they will be in touch for us to come in and sign the application. On Friday 22 July, I contacted them to follow up. They promised to find out and get back to me, which they didn't. I phoned again on the morning of Saturday 23 July, but nobody had any idea what is happening with my application. I phoned back at 12pm on Saturday 23rd and was told that the sales consultant entered the wrong postal code and nobody has received our application yet. Keeping in mind that manufacturing takes 4-6 weeks, I can simply cannot deal with such a prolonged application process and delivery time. Very dissappointed with their service.</p>
