Coricraft Poor Quality and Service

I have purchased the harvey coffee table and the coco chair from this company +- 4 months ago. I have received 3 deliveries of these items and every time, the items are damaged. I keep hearing that newstock is coming in and i will be replaced, however, when the new stock comes in, the items are still damaged. It amazes me how expensive this company is and with that, you would expect to receive excellent service and quality products. This is not the case. These 2 items have cost me +-R8000 whereas i could have bought these same items elsewhere for a much cheaper price and a much better quality but assuming that they are a reputable company, i had decided to purchase these items from them hoping that i wouldn't have had to go through what i am currently going through for my very expensive furniture. Should anyone want to purchase from this company, they would need to make sure that they are getting quality products. The first time i went to fetch these items from their warehouse, i sat there for over an hour just going through every coco chair as each one they brought was damage. I have had no call to sympathise or even compensate me for this ongoing issue, however, they assume that all is well and that us customers just have large amounts of monies laying around to just purchase their damaged goods. I am extremely unhappy with their quality of products and service and i will definitely not recommend them to anyone.
