Coricraft poor after sales service and poor quality furniture

Terrible after sales service. I am experiencing endless problems with my "Exotic Leather Breen Couches" purchased from Coricraft. They have been returned for numerous repairs to the framework and to date they are still defective. Frames are creeking and terrible plastic legs are breaking. Attempted getting help in the Springfield Park branch but was told to email my concerns, which I did a few weeks ago. No reply received so I sent an email to the CEO but still no response until a few weeks later stating somebody would contact me shortly. That too never materialized now I am considering taking legal action. I would not be considering buying from them again. Promise of good quality is *****.
