Coricraft PE's Attitude to Black People

I was at Coricraft PE on the 9th of April 2021 and saw an item that I wanted to get on credit, spoke to a sales rep (Chris) and he told me what docments I needed to send him in order to do a credit check on me, sent the documents the same day and never got a response...called and to follow up from the same person I spoke to and only then, a day later does he tell me that I have to apply online for credit, after I had sent him my documents. I app**** online and their system was faulty and I informed them of this and again no one responded. I wonder if they give their white customers the same service. The worse thing about this is that the item I wanted was on a 10% discount.

I am not one to usually relate thing to race but it is difficult to say it had nothing to do with it this time.
