Coricraft pathetic customer service

I'm sick and tired of Coricraft customer service. This is the second time I'm having issues with them. I placed an online order and waited for it close to a month... the last call I got was from a delivery guy telling me he was in Witbank with my order, while I'm in Midrand. From there they kept promising that it would be delivered to the right address the next day, i gave them a week and told them they should cancel the order and refund me my money if it's still not delivered.

Of which they still did not deliver. They canceled the order and told me I will get my money within 14 days, now it's close to a month yet again and still I haven't received my refund. The last time I had issues with them, they only got resolved once I wrote on hellopeter. Maybe writing here again will get me my money back. I swore never to patronize this store again after the 1st incident. However, i gave the a second chance and they disappointed me as usual. Be ready careful when buying from them.
