Coricraft... pathetic customer service

Bought a lounge suite nd tub chairs from Coricraft 2 months ago..two weeks ago they delivered the furniture.. lounge suite was to big to go through door so we arranged hoisting.. tub chairs was left behind with the smallest cushions u can get in their store..was promised they will deliver two tub chairs with the right pillows nd collect the one's they left at my place with the wrong pillows...Friday after another two weeks they came back for the second time..the first delivery guys told me that the lounge suite will fit through the balcony door, but they need to do hoisting..just to made sure I called the store prior to Friday to find out if they will send out pple to measure the door size of my balcony..she promised me that it will fit if the driver said so..On arrival the driver told me the lounge suite won't go through door I need to break the big middle window.... hello... who's going to pay the cost for that window...I called prior and asked about the measuring nd was reassured by the sales person it will fit..never the less.. the lounge suite costed me a R1100.00 more due to their stupidity..I had to get pple out to break the window out nd replaced it..( their driver's just stood there not their job do it ) driver's was impatient nd refused to wait for glass ppl to come nd remove the window nd I had to call the store, threaten them if this guy's leave without bringing in the furniture I want my money back with interest. They carried in the tub chairs...I was fuming.. for the second time it was the wrong pillows..this time to big..I demanded for the manager or regional manager to call me nd that I needed those pillows to be delivered the same day.. no one called me back on Friday.. Saturday afternoon, after 5pm, I've received a call from store manager that they will deliver the right pillows the third time around ..by the way..I'm still waiting for the pillows. She offered me a gift voucher instore for a R1000..what do u buy from Coricraft for a R1000..what about my R1100.00 that was not in my budget for a window, about inconvenience me for two months.. furniture was pd in cash, they got interest on the money in their bank account already, nd this is the service giving to their customers..I will never but never set foot in a Coricraft store again..I had the worst shopping experience in my entire life from Coricraft. If u guys knows what's best for u stay far away from them.( Sales lady called me non stop after I've received the quotation from her, begging for my business nd this is the pathetic service I received from Coricraft) promise this story will end up in the newspapers nd on hello peter nd all social media.
