Coricraft order - still no delivery or feedback

I ordered a carpet online on 27/11/2019 and to today have not received it. When I try to call Head Office they either put me on hold or do not answer the phone. I visited the Centurion branch last week just to be told to phone Head Office. I send an email to ceo@coricraft every day without fail but I only receive automated responses. This is such a disappointment!!! I wish I visited Hello Peter before ordering as I would not have bothered.
