Coricraft Ordeal

I am appalled at the way my partner and I are being treated by Coricraft. We bought a couch in January at the Krammerville brance, which we patiently waited for until March because they had a December manufacturing backlog. On the day the couch came, there delivery was handled by 4 lads, one who my partner reported to be reeking of booze and the other who requested money for 'cool drink' which we adamantly refused to do. When they arrived at our townhouse, they claimed that the 3-seater couch was too big to fit in the front door. One of them briskly went to our back glass door which he violently tried to move out of the rail. At this point, we did not notice that they lad had actually damaged the door and puuled it out of its rail. We were surprised when by some miracle they realised that the couch actually fitted through the front. Whether this was their way of soliciting a token of our gratitude, we don't know. What we do know is that our glass door is nor damaged and is out of its rail. Coricraft asked us to get a quote to fix it, which we sent to them but they have not responded to it yet. Its been almost 2 weeks now! Coricraft must fix this mess of pure bad service before we take matters into our own hands by returning the couch and boycotting their products. We are highly disappointed and our security is highly compromised at the moment because the door does not work. We are being made to pay for buying a couch from Coricraft, a couch that cost us 7K.
