Coricraft not paying over my refund

Coricraft has utterly dissapointed me. It has been over a month now and still no refund has been paid into my account after sending back off-spec couches. It is the first time in my life sending something back and not receiving a refund within 2 days. They advised it will take 2 weeks. It is now over 2 weeks and still no refund. None of there sales managers are giving valid reasons or are trying to resolve this.
