Coricraft not delivered my goods

Good day.

I bought a bed with two mattresses in Mall of Africa in which I also paid for delivery on the 16th March assisted by a lady who committed that the delivery will happen the following week. I have not received the delivery till today. I have called, written emails and even went to the store to enquire in which no one can give me a date on when I can expect deliver and no one is taking responsibility of the matter. I wrote to the store Manager Kagiso who has not responded to any of my mails or calls.

I am very disappointed in the service I have received in the store.
