Coricraft Northgate terrible service

Coricraft Northgate has got to be the worst retailer to deal with.

It started with an L-shape couch that I paid for but what was delivered with in a wrong specification. I got the run around before that was resolved.

Now my current issue: I purchased an item on credit and paid for it the following day to the bank account that was displayed on the invoice. It's been 5 months now and that payment hasn't been app**** to my account. I have a debit order going through my bank account every month and I cannot do anything about it because it might affect my credit profile(Mind you I never gave them permission to debit my account directly). I raised the issue with Andre Inggs, the store manager, providing all the relevant information but all I've been getting is empty promises and a refusal to assist. They have absolutely no care in the world for their customers after making a sale.

I will never buy from any Coricraft ever again and if I can influence as many people as I can to not support Coricraft I will happily do that
