Coricraft Northgate- Shoddy Service & short-payment on refund - Extremely unhappy!

Ordered and paid fully for a bed from Coricraft 5 May and waited till 1 Aug for the delivery. Come delivery time, Coricraft informs me that they cannot complete my delivery as I needed holstering and that I needed to pay additional R500 if I wanted them to complete the delivery as I required. This should have been communicated upfront when I made payment for delivery in May but wasn't. I also learn at this stage that what I ordered and what I was meant to receive was not the same thing. It takes the Sales Consultant another week to confirm this little detail and I cancel the order with Coricraft and request a refund on 8 Aug. Nothing happens until I inquire with the sales Agent who commits to check with Finance on 17 Aug. 21 Aug I receive the refund however it is R1595 less than what I paid Coricraft. Not only has Coricraft given me shoddy service they have not managed to refund me my full payment.
