Coricraft NON EXISTENT Customer service

I have been attempting to do an online purchase for two weeks.Coricraft simply ignore my e mails.Tina of Coricraft in Centurion promised to come back to me.Is it just me or is Coricraft's customer service NON EXISTENT?
