Coricraft - never again!

Worst service ever! Ordered couches on 3/5/2021. I was phoned to collect some of the chairs & went to the store - only to find out that it was not released from the warehouse & I could not collect it on that day. (Even though I also paid for delivery) Eventually they phoned again to say that the one couch ‘was never ordered’ so I could get a leather replacement with a shorter lead time as I was waiting much longer than the normal lead time already. Agreed to the other couch. On the day of delivery I was informed that I need to pay an additional R3000 for the learher couch, having to explain to them THEY suggested I take the couch at THEIR expense and I need to collect at my own cost. Eventually couches were delivered. Three weeks later the couch & chairs were delivered - damaged. Salesman promised within 4-6 weeks replacement would be available. On thursday 9/9/2021, I emailed again seeing that another 8 weeks passed and I have heard nothing from them eversince. On Friday they phoned to tell me there was a ‘technical error’ & the order for the replacement chair never went through. Now I have to wait ANOTHER 8 weeks for the chair to be manifactured. Every month my account gets deducted religiously eventhough I still have not received the correct products. I thought paying more for products at a reputable business would be worth it. How wrong could I have been…
