Coricraft Nelspruit gets a 0 star rating from me.

I ordered a rug from Coricraft's Black Friday 2025 sale. I ordered a rug that was available at the harbour and would arrive in a few weeks. After multiple calls and store visits, I was told that the rugs would never arrive and that they made a mistake, even though the rug still showed that it was available online. I was willing to take the rug on display if only they would clean it for me, but they refused to help with this and said that they don't clean the rugs. I was told to either buy another one or take a refund, but all the rugs available are more than double the amount I paid, so the only available option was a refund, which I again have to drive to the store for. The customer service is horrible, and the management is even worse.
