Coricraft must just give me my money back, that is all

Since 10 March 2018, I have been trying to communicate with Coricraft Springfield regarding a refund which is due to me for the goods that I have already returned. The goods have already been collected by Coricraft, and since then the Sales Agent that I was communicating with is no longer answering my e-mails. It is almost a week and I have to date not heard a word about my refund. I have in vain tried to email the manager and once again my communication received silent treatment. All I want is my money, nothing more....
