Coricraft Melody and mattress

I bought a Melody bed and mattress at Coricraft 13 months ago, I realized as time went that when I wake up, my whole body is aching, at first I thought of every reason why it can't be the bed because it was very expensive and I invested too much so that I can sleep like a king. But I am 110 percent sure that everytime when I wake up my whole body is sore and its this bed. I logged a call before lockdown, and they said I must clean the mattress first, but even today they have not said anything. This morning I woke up looking for beds, but it makes so sad that I must buy another. The beds cost me R17 000, and I paid cash because I trust the brand. I just need a bed where I can sleep and wake feeling good in the morning hle. I need help. I can't even buy pedestals because I don't want to know what to do!
