Coricraft Material on couches

I am highly disappointed with Coricraft and at the shop at Clearwater. We were told to rather purchase the more expensive couch material as the cheaper material causes wollies on it, and this material was created so this does not happen. It has been one month and this new expensive couch with the expensive material is covered in wollies. We contacted the branch and even took one of our pillows to show. We just received feedback that there is nothing they can do and we must just wipe it off with a machine we now need to buy. This is not on and will be escalated. This is a minus review. We would like Coricraft to fix the promise they have us on this expensive material.
