Coricraft Logistics unprofessional

Placed an order for slipcovers in March 2018 at Coricraft Design Quarter. Received a text last week that the order is ready. Received a call on Monday 23rd April, confirming that the order will be ready for collection on Thursday 26 March at the Design quarter branch. Travelled from North-west Province to collect on Thursday, just to be informed that the order was never loaded on the shipment, and that due to the transport strike no deliveries (but then I received no call to this extent...), and that it will not be on the following two deliveries to Design Quarter branch, since the shipments have already been made-up on the system. A fish usually rots from the head - do Corricraft Logistics have any control of their shipments? At Coricraft the customer always have to pay first, then receives poor service
