Coricraft leather couches - terrible

I bought coricraft couches in late October for delivery in late November. These are leather couches and we paid for scotch guard- simple liquid spills have stained the leather days after arrival and I am so disappointed and frustrated. I immediately alerted Coricraft in Canal walk to ask why this was happening and nearly 3-weeks into my initial email with endless calls and follows ups I have received ZERO answer. I’ve paid a large sum of money for these couches. Coricraft I am highly dissatisfied with your product and lack of customer service. Looking at the reviews online , there are over a hundred unresolved complaints about simi**** issues. What kind of business are you running?
