Coricraft Kramerville Service

I went to Kramerville area to buy a leather couch. SHF and CB sales consultants were exceptional. I specifically wanted a couch I had seen on the Coricraft Website. There must have been 5 or 6 sales people standing and chatting at the counter. Not one person offered to help me. When I requested assistance, a lady begrudgingly came to me and pointed in the direction of the couch I wanted. She was not interested in trying to answer my questions about a corner couch and the variables in adding/subtracting a seat etc.

She grunted at me and told me there were no options.

Coricraft Kramerville has such a beautiful showroom but the service was nothing short of disgusting. There was no interest shown and absolutely no attempt to sell or promote their products.

Such a shame.
