Coricraft Kramerville customer service is extremely terrible

As an individual who is very patient when it comes to customer service, i am very very disappointed in the service im receiving from Coricraft Kramerville. This is the worse service i ever received in my life.

I bought a couch with Coricraft Kramerville in October and i paid the full amount right there, 2 month down the line i started following with them on my order and no one could tell me when my order will be delivered to me. I spoke to almost all the sales people on the floor every week they kept on telling me that the order will be on the warehouse by next week and i must expect a call from the warehouse for delivery. Its been 3 weeks now following up with them and even went to the shop and still no direction. I spoke to the sales people and a manager and all of them promised to get back to me and no one ever get back to me, no calls nothing. I called again today i was put on hold for 30 minutes and after 30 minutes the staff could not explain whats happening with my order and i have been asking for a manager and the manager is avoiding talking to me

what makes Corifract Kramerville worse is the management team, if the management team display such a terrible customer service, i wouldn't blame the staff for poor service as they learn for the managers. Can someone help, im really frustrated and dont know what to do as i have spoke to almost everyone in the shop.
