Coricraft Kolonnade Retail Park Appalling Service

If I could give zero stars I would. I am extremely disappointed with Coricraft Kolonnade Retail Park and a lady there called Mavis. On 30 August I've purchased some couches, side tables and a coffee table from the store and till date I have not received my coffee table. When I initially placed my order I was informed that there was no stock of the coffee table and that I would receive my coffee table by middle October. Middle October came and Mavis telephonically told me the new date is early November. Early November came and Mavis told me the new date is 26 November and that I would definitely get my coffee table on that day because I am number 2 on the waiting list for that store. Guess what, 26 November came and again Mavis changed the date now to 3 December and said if not 3 December it would then definitely be 13 December. Today (6 December) Mavis told me it will now be definitely the 21st of December as I am now number 10 on the waiting list for that store. Can someone please explain to me how come I am receiving this appalling service from a Coricraft store, why I being fed all these stories by Mavis and how someone can go from number 2 up to number 10 in the waiting queue? It has been three months since I placed my order and still no coffee table? And I being told to wait even longer? I simply cannot accept this. It really blows my mind! So shocked! One does not expect this for the price you pay for the items...
