I want to thank Erika Lombard from Coricraft Kollonade for her friendliness and professionalism. The previous Saturday when I walked into the store, no one approached me, I went to one of the sales ladies to ask for assistance. Erika immediately approached me and asked if she could help. There were many customers in the store and she tried her best to assist all of them. I wish retail stores can have more staff like Erika. Thank you so much.
