Coricraft Kimberly bad service ever!!

So since iv always wanted to buy myself a couch, i went to coricraft branch in Kimberly to buy one, in cash. I was assisted by a guy named Matthew Pendukana.. On the 20th sept 20200.I was very disappointed with the level of service this guy gave me. He promised me that i will receive my couch om the 20th of Nov 2020. Bt still even today my couch has nt yet arrived. When i enquire he tells me that he neva promised me anythin of that sort, he says he advised me that my couch wil b completed then nt delivered. Im very saddened cos i never expected such horrible service from a reputable store like coricraft.
