Coricraft is terrible at issuing refunds

I purchased an item online on 19 Nov 2021. I cancelled the order before the item got delivered 20 Nov 2021. Since then, I’ve emailed *** and phoned Coricraft numerous times to understand how I get my funds back. I've completed refund forms, contacted the retail executive and still have not received my money back. You have ****** my money.
