Coricraft is pathetic

thank you coricraft for such an inconvenience, i bought a couch on the the 6 August off which i was promised to get it in 2 to 4 weeks since the manufacturer is in cape Town and my delivery was going to be in cape Town as well. I made couple of calls following up on my delivery and the delay ended up costing me another week in cape Town after i had explain to them and moved flights couple of times which also costed me more money. At this point in time i would never advise anyone to buy from coricraft as their communication is pathetic, they don't stick to their promises, that's includes simple things like i will get back to you and also telling me to book in other to pick the couch myself, why must i book for something that is ready?
