Coricraft is losing customers due to small inefficiencies - disappointing by RCS Reps

The lady at Coricraft Fourways was decent. I would however suggest that coricraft discuss with their partner such as RCS to significantly more professional - i.e. Customer care - ensuring that they are calm, respectful, patient, diligent, efficient, Professional, well-versed in their line of work etc. I want to spend my money where i am treated with respected and have my voice heard... the customer care reps numerously spoke over me ad cut me off. passed me on to each other with same attitude... worst customer service ever. Ended up hanging up the call because i had an epiphany.... "WHY AM I STANDING FOR THIS WHEN IM USING MY OWN MONEY... Rochester is right next door and they love my money....
