CORICRAFT IS AWFUL!

Myself and my family have always bought Coricraft couches but I can honestly say NEVER AGAIN!!! The quality has gone to absolute *******!! After spending R18,000 on my latest couch... within the first 3 months the fabric began to bobble and threads are coming out as well as the couch squeaks EVERY time someone sits down or stands up. It looks like a 30 year old couch not a 3 month old couch. I lodged the complaint in OCTOBER 2020 and although they have sent an assessor I still do not have an answer from them about replacing it. The customer service is so bad that i had to actually drive to the Tokai store just to get someone to respond to my emails and many many phone calls.

Do NOT buy from Coricraft if you are after quality or good service!!!!
