Coricraft is a waste of time!

I purchased a complete dining and lounge suite from Coricraft in Feb '21, who you would think has the expertise to do these things! My experience has been the opposite. They cannot make chairs, PERIOD! They use cheap foam and their chairs have no support after a couple of weeks of use! They have had 3 opportunities to fix this already, the latest being Aprill '22, and to date they have not been able to! They have a 2-year guarantee clause on their website and have refused to give my money back! I would look elsewhere
