Coricraft is a bully and unprofessional

Bought R40 000 in December 2019brown couches at Coricraft Highveld Mall in Witbank. I asked to swap them for grey ones after I came back from vacation in January 2020. They are refusing because they say that they have a 7 day policy which I wasn't aware about. All I'm asking for is to change the colour. I mean R40 000 is not child's play
