Coricraft - HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could give a rating less than 1 star, I surely would.

After 2.5 months, my furniture was supposed to be delivered on 1 Feb 2019 - confirmed by the Clearwater Mall store and Coricraft direct. When no-one pitched and I followed up, I was told my furniture wasn't even manufactured yet. Imagine that. As I had a housewarming the next day, I was assured I could at least have loan furniture delivered and that they would phone me back. Needless to say, no one phoned me back and my guests had to sit on the floor. Typical - Coricraft eager to take my money and making promises they never intend to honour. Say anything just to get me out of the store??? Ridiculous. Terrible, Horrible service. This was our first furniture purchase as a married couple - we have a lifetime of purchases ahead of us and absolutely ZERO incentive to ever buy from Coricraft again! Tuesday 5 Feb 2019 and still no idea when my furniture will be delivered???
