CORICRAFT HITS THE FLOOR

I phoned Coricraft on Black Friday to find out if the discount would still apply to goods on the Saturday. I spoke to a guy named Michael, who assured me that it was ONLY BLACK FRIDAY DEAL. So we were rushed out of what we were doing to go and buy a ver expensive Afrique lounge suite. I felt we were rushed into it. The next day I enquired as to whether the Black Friday deals were still on at Coricraft that Saturday, and VOILA - MAGIC, THEY WERE STILL AVAILABLE. I wrote to head office to complain about “Michael” misleading us and pushing us into a deal. This was at the Boksburg Branch.

I then enquired about getting a decor discount, as I have my own decor business. A friend of mine was simply given hers over the counter. After about 6 attempts to contact them, they led me some **** and Bull story about re-arranging things ( nothing specific) and right now they were not giving out decor deal cards. I’ve bought a ton of stuff from Coricraft, and my client wants something else. I think since South Africa has some really fabulous furniture design companies, I’ll pick these up to fill the small gap Coricraft doesn’t give a damn about. If you want honesty, to be contacted when you complain, or anything else from Coricraft, trust me you can find it elsewhere. Don’t get into their travesty of deceit and lies. I would not trust them one bit now.
