Coricraft has the worst customer service

I bought patio couches from coricraft and the sales consultant I dealt with gave me a date of delivery and when that day came I had to call coricraft and enquire about my goods and to my surprise my goods were not ready but no one bothers to notify you and one is sent from pillar to post. What is irritating when you pay for goods you expect service and your goods to be delivered on time and coricraft has a total disregard for their customers to a point where they do not respond and no one goes out of their way to assist you and ensure they correct their errors
