Coricraft Greenstone Mall

On the 1 March 2021, I ordered at the Greenstone shopping mall store & paid R2200.00 deposit for 2 Bennet fully up carver chairs with dark legs & fabric Maurice forest. Total price R4398.00 I was told I have to pay a deposit so that my chairs came be made. I was also told there was a few months wait for them to have them made & they will let me know when they arrive. During this time I would pop into the store occasionally to find out when I could get my chairs as I had moved into a new house & wanted to have a "House warming" dinner for my friends. After 2 months I wanted to cancel my order because I was not happy about the long wait & they could not give me a final date of delivery. I was told IF I cancel the order I will have to forfeit 10% of my deposit. So I decided to wait, eventually I was told the truck would be arriving with my chairs in the 26 May & they would contact me to pay the balance & collect them. I was NOT contacted, but I went into the store on the 30 May to get more information about my chairs. Two sales ladies looked at the PC screen & mumbled at first then they said the truck came But...... my chairs didn't arrive ??? They said being Sunday they can't call anyone But they will find out on 31 Mon & contact me immediately. Today is 4 June 10pm & have not heard a word from them. I am very disappointed with their service & very sorry that I have to resort to Hello Peter to resolve my problem. I didn't want to go back into the store because it was clear to me they didn't know what was happening to my chairs. I actually want to cancel my order & get my money back.
