Coricraft galleria has pathetic customer service

Coricraft galleria. Bought a coffee table there in May. They say it will be here in July. After calling multiple times they said 3rd of August. They had to ship it in and we still haven’t received it today is the 18th of August. Their customer service is pathetic. There’s no feedback when you call. They say they will call back in 5 minutes and then days later call back with no new information. This occurred more than 4 times. Even spoke with the manager she said she will call back and she didn’t. We told them to deliver to Springfield park and after 3 weeks of no feedback they call and say they have it in the galleria store and we must come pick it up from there instead of Springfield.

I will never buy from them again.
