Coricraft faulty couches

After receiving 2 faulty couches with Coricraft, the 3rd couch I decided to go view at their warehouse prior to the delivery to make sure it was correct this time. I was happy with the couch I saw. Upon delivery, the couch now looked different from what I had viewed, and this one had scratches all over it-seems like they had swapped the couch and looked older than the one viewed. This is the 3rd couch received and still not up to standard.
