Coricraft East Rand giving me a roundaround for my Refund

I visited the East rand branch on 21 January 2018 where I was assisted by Michael and bought a large ottoman that was going to be made from scratch at their factory outlet in Cape Town. The time I was given was 6 to 8 weeks for completion and delivery. on Monday 23 January 2018 I then ordered and paid for a Corner couch for R31K which was then going to be delivered on the same day as the ottoman that I ordered. 6 weeks later my couch was ready for delivery and was delivered to my house. I then queiried why my ottoman was taking so long, as he kept giving me run arounds about it being in the process of being made. I called in several times and got not joy. I eventually got hold of him and requested cancellation of the ottoman which was two weeks ago. he send a refund form which I filled on 13 March 2018, till today i'm awaiting my refund. sent him email following up on Thursday 22 March and it has since not been rep****. i'm really getting frustrated with Coricraft and their service.
