Coricraft - DONT BUY

I purchased a L shape couch from Coricraft just over a year ago, I live alone so the couch does not have heavy traffic, it has a terrible rough bubble texture to the touch and the fabric has either stretched or the cushioning shrunk. Coricraft have basically dismissed me as they say it is normal wear and tear. My argument is that the previous lounge furniture i have for nearly 30 years and it did not look anything like this one year old looks and feels. An assessor was sent out and it was also his opinion that it is normal! Well I am so upset as I spent a lot of money and decided to buy from an up market brand that does not back its name. I see all the complaints on this platform go without response and to me that says a lot, like they care little. Please I beg you if you are thinking of purchasing any products from this brand, DONT! Now I am sitting with furniture that I really cannot stand and Coricraft have offered NO solution at all.
