Coricraft does not care for their customers

We bought (fully paid) couches at Coricraft, Kolonnade Retail Park Branch on the 13th of August 2017. The salesman was so happy to receive a cash payment and said they will call us to arrange delivery. Now we feel like we are begging for these couches that we paid for.

Weeks passed by without any communication from the store. 3weeks later we went to the store to find out how long does it take for delivery and they said 4-6 weeks. We continued to wait and I asked my husband to make a follow up month end of September and they said that they don't know they will find out what is the hold up.

Again last week we called the store and we were told that the couches are not ready!! This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Now I can only imagine ifwe had no couches at all at our home thinking that we will get a quick delivery. My excitement is on zero level, I wish they can just give us back out money and we go to another store that knows how to communicate better with customers.

Still waiting for the couches that were bought on the 13 August 2017!

Bad service, I am so annoyed!
