Coricraft does not care about new business.

I app**** for a Coricraft card and my application was declined almost immediately with no reason. I spoke to Heinrich on Monday afternoon (who was VERY helpful). He managed to pinpoint the reason that the application was declined. This was apparently due to my current RCS Card (Game Stores), being in the name of Beswick. He said that I should email my ID (signed 3 times) and my Divorce certificate through. I sent the required documentation as requested. No Reply. I phoned Coricraft card division again and wasted more than 30 minutes on the phone while the personnel transferred me from pillar to post and then attempted to 'lift the block'. I was finally informed by Brittany that she would call me back. This did not happen! I emailed my displeasure to them and asked for feedback, but so far I have not heard a word. My credit rating is Fantastic, but clearly they do not want my business!
