Coricraft disappoints and lacks customer centric mindset

Having been served multiple ads for the Sedgwick patio sofa I placed an order for two of them back in October 2021. I received an email in November asking for the balance payment as they were ready to deliver. I paid in full in order to receive them knowing the holiday season was coming and I would need them for Christmas. After following up many times I received the frames only on the 22 December but the cushions were missing. I am incredibly disappointed as I could have bought sofas elsewhere in time for Christmas. Instead Coricraft have sat with my money paid in full and left me disappointed. I suggested that the store lend me the cushions from the showroom for a few days while they get mine ready but no one is very client centric in their mindset or approach. On the whole the service has been poor and I will never go back to buy furniture again. A shame given I am in the market to furnish a house. They should not advertise their products if they cant manage customer expectations on delivery
