Coricraft deplorable service

On the 4th of Oct I ordered a table at Rustenburg coricraft. The lady who helped me wrote it down on a piece of paper and said it would be there by the next friday 12th Oct. I decided to phone on the 11th of Oct and spoke to a different lady who asked me with which cell no I placed the order. I told her the lady never asked for my cell no she just wrote my order on a piece of paper on her desk at the till. The lady I was speaking to on the phone said that they must have slipped with my order but that she will order it for me and that it will then arrive at the store on the following wednesday the 17th of Oct. I phoned on the morning of the 17th and a man at the store told me that the truck has not arrived yet and will only be arriving at about 2pm. At 16:40 that day I phoned again to ask if my table is there and this time I spoke to a lady who informed me that the table is there....but that it is damaged. She said that they will order again and it will arrive the following wednesday the 24th of Oct but she added that her manager will try to get it in store before then. Again I heard nothing on 24Oct - I phoned this morning on the 25th Oct and was told that there was a problem and for some reason the truck did not arrive on the 24th...but that my table will now arrive next wednesday the 31st of Oct. As you can imagine I am really not happy with this at all! I am trying to make a purchase can someone please assist!!??
