Coricraft customer service non existant

I bought a leather couch in last year after a few months the leather started to loosen. I've been waiting 2 months now after I reported it in store with photos for feedback and for someone to come and evaluate the couch. Sending follow up emails but getting no reply. Your leather couches are expensive and I would expect better customer service
