Coricraft couch
I purchased a couch from CoriCraft, Design Quarter on the 18 of March 2023z When purchasing the couch we were informed that it takes a maximum of 5 weeks but it would be pushed for 4weeks. We are currently approaching week 6 with no couch. This is not acceptable for us as we have planned around the timelines that were given at purchase. We were also told that there is a truck leaving cape town everyday so the turnaround would be quick post manufacturing. We feel we have been mislead to purchase a couch based on incorrect timelines and are unhappy with the service we are receiving. Our expectation would have been that the couch be delivered between by week 5 at the least. The manager has communicated that he will contact once it arrives without actively attending to our time concerns. This is disappointing.
